Free Parking
Business units have allocated parking spaces in the centre car park (entered from Dryden Street), where a very limited amount of visitor parking is also available.
Door Security
The building has a security controlled front door. Clients have their own passcode to access the building at any time.
Unmanned Reception
Visitors to The Business Exchange can benefit from the clean, tidy reception room / waiting area. Business Exchange clients then collect and escort them into the building.
Fibre Broadband
Two fibre lines serve The Business Exchange. The services is fire-walled distributed to Clients via a secure Cisco switch.
Conference and meeting room
As well as their own office clients have access to a large meeting / conference room which can be booked through the Centre Manager.
Centralised telephone system
The building has a centralised telephone system. Direct dial numbers and extensions are allocated according to Client's requirements. No need for an answerphone as the system provides voicemail that can be personalised. Call forwarding and remote access to messages is also part of the service.
Shared kitchen facilities
The Business Exchange has a shared kitchen and eating area which clients are free to use.
Common areas are cleaned
Sometimes its nice to work away from the desk, or to have meetings in communal areas. Its a good place to network with other Business Exchange clients too.
Postal collection and delivery service
Mail is delivered to reception where it can be collected. On a good day we may even bring it to you - as long as you put the kettle on! Outgoing post is collected by Royal Mail at 3.00pm on weekdays. For urgent/bulky items the Centre Manager will arrange a courier.
On-site centre manager
We have an on-site manager who is here to ensure everything runs smoothly and hassle free so that clients can get on with their work.
